Bear in mind, that there is a DSW Refuse Dump about 50m from this site and one about 1km along Umgeni Rd

DSW is already at work on 29th November 2012. See how the earth barriers are put in place to prevent further dumping

This picture below was taken on 15th January 2013, in that same site, on the verge. This is private householders refuse

Same verge on 15th January 2013. You cannot even see the original earth barriers anymore

I have photographic evidence of 6 companies and 1 private householder who are some of the guilty parties. There was much correspondence lying so blatantly in the public domain. I notified DSW of this problem and they are interested in this 'Evidence'. It is time to 'Name and Shame'.
