Litter strewn on the Trail and Callisia repens invading the bank
Walking to check on how the hole had been fixed I took a picture of this rubbish just thrown down on to the Trail - most likely from the verge above. In the picture you can clearly also see an invasive plant with small leaves aptly called a ' creeping inch plant' or its official name Callisia repens. It is a declared invasive and needs to be removed. However that is a difficult task on the steep bank here. Source of the invasive plant is just across the road on a bank of the complex on Riverside.
