End Plastic Pollution and dumping in Durban

Lots of rubbish collected in Springfield - in this case by the DUCT team, ably led by Hebert Chamane.

The same transgressor 2 years later is still dumping car bumpers and parts in the same place along the bank of the Umngeni River Springfield.
