Dear Members and friends
My apologies for the 'new' background to our UEC Blog. It was not an easy task to change the background with my limited skills... the leather back turtles are in Sodwana on the beach and certainly not on our Durban beach. My daughter was lucky enough to capture this amazing moment after the leather back had finished laying her eggs making her way back to the sea. A good reason to be grateful that the 4 x 4 ban was upheld on our beaches.
We are working on getting news out more regularly to our members but please keep a watch on our umgeni estuary facebook page as well, if you are on facebook.
